Timeframes
A timeframe controls the candle size used for indicator calculations. A query window like "last 30 days" controls how far back to scan. They are related, but not the same thing.
| Market | Default | Supported Timeframes | Practical note |
|---|
| Crypto Perps | H1 | M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H8, H12, D1, W1, MN | Long-history H4+ indicators need enough retained candle history. Funding is naturally sparse because it updates on exchange schedules. |
| US Equity | H1 | M15, H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H8, H12, D1, W1, MN | Intraday coverage is strongest for liquid symbols. Native daily routing depends on complete daily backfill. |
| India Equity | D1 | D1, W1, MN | Intraday India data is not available yet. Use daily, weekly, or monthly queries. |
| Forex | H1 | M15, H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H8, H12, D1, W1, MN | Volume-based indicators are blocked because centralized forex volume is not available. |
| ETFs | D1 | D1, W1, MN | Intraday ETF screening is not exposed yet. Use daily and higher timeframes. |
| Commodities | D1 | D1, W1, MN | These are ETF proxies, not futures contracts. Use them for screenable exposure, not exact futures pricing. |
| Global Equity | D1 | D1, W1, MN | Frontend labels may mention global equities, but backend screening is not live yet. |
