Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Sortefi, a product of Sortefi LLP. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sortefi in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

Sortefi, operated by Sortefi LLP, is an AI-powered watchlist generator. Users describe market conditions in natural language, and the service scans live global market data to produce filtered symbol lists that can be exported to trading platforms such as TradingView. The service covers multiple asset classes including crypto, US equity, India equity, global equity, commodities, forex, and ETFs.

Sortefi does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All output generated by the service — including but not limited to symbol lists, filter results, and AI-generated commentary — is for informational and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) no information provided by Sortefi constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument; (b) you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trades; (c) past performance of any symbol or strategy is not indicative of future results; and (d) trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every individual.

Sortefi LLP and Sortefi shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using or relying on the output of this service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information when creating your account; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party; (c) use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations; (d) not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (e) not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service beyond its intended interface; and (f) not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any output or data obtained from the service without prior written consent from Sortefi LLP.

5. Account & Billing

Sortefi operates on a pay-per-query billing model. You purchase credits that are consumed each time you submit a query. Key billing terms:

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Your purchased credit balance never expires. Unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Sortefi LLP reserves the right to adjust query pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Sortefi are owned by or licensed to Sortefi LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sortefi LLP, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Watchlist AI. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Sortefi LLP exceed the total amount you have paid to Sortefi LLP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sortefi LLP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any AI-generated output, market data, or analysis provided by Sortefi. AI models may produce errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before acting on it. Market data may be delayed or unavailable for certain instruments at certain times.

9. Modifications to Terms

Sortefi LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Sortefi after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Sortefi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
